By accessing or using this website, or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our services
SCube Global provides AI-Driven Software Development Life Cycle services, ERP Consultancy, Digital Products (including the DIET and ApartApp mobile applications, currently in development, and a curated Software Products catalogue), and Commissioned Art including the Alla Prima shop for wall decor art and art supplies. Service-based engagements (AI-Driven SDLC, ERP Consultancy, Commissioned Art commissions) are governed by the individual proposal, quote, or statement of work agreed with each client, which takes precedence over this page for that engagement.
3. Orders and payment
Products purchased through the Web Store or Alla Prima shop are paid for via UPI: you scan a QR code or pay to a published UPI ID directly through your own banking or UPI app. Because no payment gateway is connected, we confirm orders manually after verifying your payment — an order is not considered confirmed until you receive that confirmation from us. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice; the price at the time your order is confirmed applies.
4. Digital products in development
DIET and ApartApp are currently in development. Waitlist sign-ups are not orders and do not carry any payment obligation. Planned pricing shown on this site is indicative and may change before launch.
5. Software Products catalogue
Where we list third-party software (such as Vyapar, Tally, Zoho Books, or Marg ERP) as part of our ERP Consultancy or Software Products offering, those products are owned and licensed by their respective companies, and use of them is subject to that company's own terms. Any implementation or support partnership referenced on this site should be confirmed directly with us before you rely on it.
6. Intellectual property
The SCube Global name, logo, and site content are the property of SCube Global unless otherwise stated. Artwork listed under Commissioned Art and Alla Prima remains the intellectual property of the originating artist unless full rights are explicitly transferred as part of a sale or commission agreement.
