Privacy Policy
Last updated: ยท Effective from the date this site is published live.
Template โ needs legal review before publishing. This page was drafted to match how the site actually works today (UPI-based manual payment confirmation, physical goods sold directly, digital products still in development). It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction โ have it reviewed, fill in the placeholders in brackets, and remove this notice before launch.
1. Introduction
SCube Global ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and the services described on it: AI-Driven SDLC, ERP Consultancy, Digital Products (including DIET and ApartApp), and Commissioned Art / the Alla Prima shop. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, organisation and message when you use the Contact form; your email when you join a product waitlist; and order details (items, quantities, delivery information) when you use the Web Store or Alla Prima checkout. Because checkout is UPI-based, we do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI app credentials โ payment happens directly inside your own UPI app, and we only see the order details you submit to us and, where you share it, your payment reference for verification.
We also use your browser's local storage to remember items in your shopping cart. This stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, fulfil and confirm orders, notify you about product launches you've asked to hear about, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google's servers. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. [Update this section if you add Google Analytics, ad pixels, or a cookie consent banner.]
5. Third-party services
Payments are completed through the UPI app of your choice (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or your bank's app) โ those providers have their own privacy policies governing the payment itself. [Add this section if you later integrate a payment gateway, mailing list provider, or CRM.]
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, fulfil an order, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. [Confirm a specific retention period appropriate to your business and applicable law.]
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. [Add jurisdiction-specific rights โ e.g. under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or GDPR if you serve EU visitors.]
8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and individuals who are able to enter into a contract under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
